Fees and Insurance
We require payment, including copayments, at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept MasterCard, Visa, and debit cards. If you have no insurance, you are expected to pay the fees in full at the time of the visit and prior to surgery, should you need it. You will also have to arrange to pay for hospital costs. As a courtesy, we will file your insurance at no charge. The bill, however, is ultimately your responsibility. Please remember that your insurance is a contract between you and your insurance company.

To verify our participation in your plan, you will need to contact your insurance carrier.
Our business office will verify insurance coverage and submit claims to insurance carriers for these special services. Non-covered services, copayments, and/or deductibles will be collected in advance.
